Knowledge Academy certification

The Certification Programme is an initiative we launched in early 2008 which:

  • takes into account feedback from over 12 years of delivering training courses
  • complies with the requirements of different training stakeholders
  • applies market best practices in terms of learning methodologies
  • measures learning efficiency

The principle of certification is applicable to all the Odyssey solutions and meets our Knowledge Academy clients' (partners, clients and Odyssey employees) shared objectives.

The levels and contents of the courses vary depending on the solution (Triple’A Plus™, WealthManager™, InvestmentManager™ and EDM™); please refer to the solution you are interested in for details.

According to current feedback on the Certification Programme, it:

  • Improves training quality through an end-to-end service approach (preparation period, classroom lessons and follow-up)
