Knowledge is the link between Understanding and Experience and the Academy makes it possible to share it. Understanding is formalized in comprehensive training materials supported by an on-line glossary, documentation and our trainers' teaching. Experience is translated into exercises, practice and exams before, during and after the classes.
Odyssey Knowledge Academy’s mission is to:
- Provide a large catalogue of training courses to train all the necessary experts for an efficient and rapid implementation
- Develop new learning methods for greater flexibility and responsiveness regarding clients’ or partners’ training requests
- Act as a centre of expertise to coach and help our end user clients optimise the use of our Solutions.
- Offer our Academy clients courses that are efficient and reliable and are based on an accreditation process.
The mission encompasses two main objectives: roll out our solution knowledge to our clients and partners and ensure the expertise of our employees in our Solutions.
