Odyssey’s Support & Services are key to the success of every project and partnership between Odyssey and its stakeholders. Its target is to deliver our solutions in the way that produces the highest value for our clients.

The Support and Services team is formed by a mix of IT and banking experts that have built a knowledge-core based on 8 years of involvement with the company’s solutions and investment manager’s business needs. Our commitment to best-practice will see through the most complex business re-engineering projects and ensure that a client benefits from past mistakes and successes across our ever-increasing list of clients.

Whichever offer is implemented at a site, whether it be drop-in, turnkey or add-on solution, the team uses a consistent methodology across the base. An industrialised process that is systematically improved across projects to recycle and implement best-practice into future standards.

Through collaboration with our valued clients and targeted appointments in key roles, the Support and Services team has been able to develop great strength in the project management area. Consequently, clients have commended the continuity in our delivery, our expertise in systems integration and the contributions we have been able to make to crucial business modelling activities and implementations of compliance standards.
